NEWS FROM BETH    Happy New Year!!  I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, and a restful break. I’d like to thank everyone who gave me gifts. It was very thoughtful and I am very appreciative. Also, thank you to the many BDA families that donated items to The Guardian Angel Home. These items were gratefully accepted. BDA Dance Company has been working extremely hard over the past few months. I am very proud of their efforts and also the dedication they have shown. We are preparing for our BDA Dance Company Showcase, which we will be sharing with TNT Dance Company. Both companies will be presenting their competition dances for the first time. The showcase is at Joliet Junior College, Building K on January 14th at 7:00pm. Tickets are now on sale. They may be purchased from any BDA Dance Company member or at our front desk. This is a great opportunity to see our entire repertoire. If you have been considering auditioning for BDA Dance Company, this is a great time to come out and join us for an evening of entertainment, get to know some of our BDA Dance Company families and receive information about Company Dance. We will be raffling some wonderful gifts, so please buy some raffle tickets; winners need not be present to collect your prize. Hope to see many of you there! Our recital dates have been confirmed by Romeoville High School. We will have 3 performances; Sunday matinee, evening and Monday evening. The dates are June 10 and 11. Dress rehearsal is Saturday, June 9. Costume orders are being placed, so if you can not perform on any of these dates, please inform the front office immediately. If the costume has not been ordered, we will apply your deposit to tuition. However, if the costume has been ordered, you are responsible for any balance due and the costume is yours. Costumes can not be sent back to the companies. All sales are final, so be sure to make us aware if you are not able to participate in our annual recital.  As we continue into the winter months, please remember that BDA does not automatically cancel classes when the schools close due to weather. Please call the studio or check our website to check class cancellations due to inclement weather conditions. Congratulation to Emily Miller, BDA’s student of the month.
